Manage Broker Accounts
Part 1: Creating a New Broker Account
Access Property Management To manage Broker Records, click on "Property Sales Management" in the side navigation menu.
Access Property Setup From the sub-menu, click on "Property Setup".
Navigate to Brokers Click on "Brokers" in the list of entities.
Create New Record To create a new Broker Account, click on the "New" button in the top toolbar.
Fill Account Details Fill in the details of the Broker Account. Important: You must fill in the Email Address field so the broker can use it to log in to the Broker Portal.
Save the Record Click on "Save" to store the new broker account.
Part 2: Setting Up Portal Access
Navigate to Portal Access To set the Broker Portal Password for any broker account, click on the "Portal Access" tab.
Set Password Enter the new password in the designated field to set the Broker Portal Access password.
Save Changes Click on "Save" again to confirm the password settings.
Part 3: Assigning Property Units
Return to General Tab To assign Property Units to the Broker Account, first click back on the "General" tab.
Add Units Locate the "Assigned Units" section and click on the "Add Existing Property Units" button (often represented by a list icon with a plus sign).
Select Units A lookup menu will appear. Select the desired "Property Units" from the list and click on "Add".
Completion The process is now complete.
