Property Request Process (Authority Matrix)
1 . Blocking Units
To create approval request for Blocking unit(s) just need to :

Navigate to Property Units from the left side navigation menu.

Select the Unit(s).

Click on the Flow button.
Blocking Bulk or Single Unit
Activities of Approvals
Each of them would have status if it’s Pending, Approved or Rejected and the approval option if it’s required or not
Example of Approvals
*Required Approvers will receive a notification with approval activity link that will open activity in CRM system to approve or reject it*
Once the approval is marked as approved
Approval Status
The system would let the second approval to pending status waiting for approval from required approver sequencing.
Changing Status of approval
Until collecting all the approvals, the request would be marked as approved then it can be taken forward.
2 . Unit Price or Area Changes
To create an approval request for Unit price or area change just need to :

Navigate to Property Units from the left side navigation menu.

Choose multiple units or a single unit to change the price or area.

Click on the Flow button.
*You can choose between changing the unit area or price only or changing the area and price together.
Change Unit Price or Area
- Click on the Continue button.
- Enter the new area and the new price of the unit and click on the Run Flow button.
The system will generate a property request and approval activity for the selected unit with a new price and area.
