Capturing Lead

From the customer’s section in the left, you can choose “Leads”, there you can see the leads you captured in the system.

Available Leads

System User can create a new lead by pressing “New” from the top section, then fill in the required data.

Here the System User can see the timeline of this lead from inquiry to Sales Agreement

System User starts by filling in the required data such as :

  • Topic
  •  First
  • last names

*If Lead type is a company, Company section below would have required fields*

Customer Type

*If lead is coming through external referral, broker field would be required*

Lead Source

 

And interests him from all available projects

 

Also, System User can define the estimated budget of the customer if available

Also, System User can add “Additional Buyers” if any.

From the “For Individuals" section go to the partners table, then click on Add Existing Account.

*If the Lead type is Individuals, the Individual section below would have required fields*

 

Search for a customer account, if exists select it. If it does not exist, click on "+ New Record" , then fill in partner customer information, then click on the Save and Close button.

 

 

Once Lead is saved, System would be able to print KYC.
