Reservation Process
Reservation Stage
In this stage, the System User would be allowed to change agreement date, but not allowed to change the reservation amount.
Reservation Stage
Once It’s Done the System User can initiate Issuing RA request and wait until the request approved system will generate a Reservation Agreement record with required payment invoices.
From the opportunity header click on the “Issuing RA” button direct.
(Please make sure that in the opportunity Propose stage the Reservation? equals [Yes] AND in the Reservation stage the Reservation Amount contains value before issuing RA)
Once Issuing RA request approved, you can see the generated Reservation Agreement.

*If The method is Cheque, then a Cheque number would be required*

Also, for the second step, which is the signature, the System User can print the agreement by selecting “Print Agreement” From the Property Agreement top menu.

*If Lead is reserving multiple units, then the agreement would contain a list of units and the price would be the total*
Mark Reservation Payment Received
Once System User check reservation payment received to Yes, the system will change units’ status from “Booked” to “Reserved” automatically, until finalizing the sales agreement.
