Propose Process

Once the Propose process is set, the estimated close date, final decision date, also the payment plan are required and finally whether the proposal is submitted or not.

Propose Stage

 

For the Payment plan, there are multiple payment plans there in the system and if there is a new payment plan the System User can create it from there.

Whether the payment is in full or can reserve then pay the remaining amount etc...

Payment Plans

Once the payment plan is selected and create payments is assigned to Yes, a set of opportunity payments would be generated, and they would have initial due dates and divided payment amount based on the plan.

 

Generated Payments

The final decision date is required to go to the next step as it defines the due dates based on them

Final Decision Date

And then to go to the next stage, “Reservation or Sales Agreement”, All you have to do is to press “Next”

Propose Finalize

Because the Sales Advisor Selected Reservation Plan, there is a step called Reservation is set for the Lead to go through it.
