Properties Structure

Initially, it is essential to understand the arrangement of properties within the system.

Select the option labeled "Properties" from the lower left section of the interface.

Property Operations

"You now have the ability to view all the active properties, also referred to as 'Projects'."

 

Once you've set up your projects in the CRM system, simply click the "Flow" button at the top. This will automatically start a process that creates a "Property Request" approval and sends alerts to the necessary people for approval.

 

 

"Each property is detailed with comprehensive information. This includes specific property details such as its location and the team responsible for its management. Additionally, it encompasses financial data, which provides an insight into the management information and forecasting details."

Property Units by Status

In the 'Related Section', you will find all entities associated with this property.

 At this point, our focus is on the units. Therefore, within the 'Related Section', please select 'Units'.

Now, you can see all the related units with this property.

Related Units

 

You can view all the system units by navigating through the menu located on the left-hand side of the screen. Once there, simply click on 'Property Units'.
